SHIPPING

  • I have placed an order, but I need to receive it as soon as possible with express delivery.
    • Due to the COVID pandemic, the delivery times of the courier companies with which we work cannot be guaranteed that the package will be shipped within a period of less than 3 days. We do not have contractable shipping services in less than 72 hours.
  • Can I change the delivery address 24 hours after the order has been placed?
    • We have an automatic order processing system once the order is sent to the transport company. 24 hours after placing the order, we cannot ensure the change of delivery address, as it does not depend on us. We will do our best to communicate your request to the transport company, but sometimes it is not possible to change the delivery address once provided and 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Can I change the size of the bikinis that I have ordered 24 hours after I placed the order?
    • We have an automatic order processing system once the order is sent to the supplier company. After 24 hours from placing the order, we cannot guarantee the exchange of products. We will do our best to communicate your request to the supplier company, but sometimes it is not possible to change the products that are included in an order after 24 hours from the date of the order.
  • The shipping company tried to deliver the order but there was no one to pick it up.
    • The transport company tries several times to make the delivery. If this is not possible because no one is there to receive it, the client will be notified and it will be deposited at the usual post office. Sometimes you cannot deliver a paper notification from the Post Office because there is no mailbox or you cannot access them, but you should receive an SMS or email. You can pick up your package at the post office with your name and identity document even if you do not have the postal tracking number. Remember that you can check the status of your order in the section Track Your Order of the web. If the status of your order is "Delivery Attempt / Failed Attemp" it means that it has been tried to deliver several times and has finally been deposited in the post office. You can go to pick it up there with your Identity Document.
  • I have made my shipment. How long will it take to arrive?
    • It will depend on the model and the Stock. In times of COVID we have different transport companies and suppliers. That is why the shipping time will also depend on the city and country of delivery. In the section of track your order you can see an estimate.
  • The status of my order appears as delivered but I have not received it at home yet
    • Do not worry. Sometimes the courier company marks the order as delivered when it has arrived at the local post office and is ready to be delivered to your home. It may take a couple of days before the physical delivery is made to your home. It may also happen that it has tried to be delivered to your home and it has not been possible because no one is found.
    • Correos tries several times to deliver. If this is not possible because no one is there to receive it, the client will be notified and it will be deposited at the usual post office. Sometimes you cannot deliver a paper notification from the Post Office because there is no mailbox or you cannot access them, but you should receive an SMS or email. You can collect your package at the post office with your name and identity document even if you do not have the postal tracking number. You can go to pick it up there with your Identity Document.

  • Can I return my Bikini?
  • The bikini that I received is not my size. Can i change it?
    • We have a size guide on the web. We ask you to make sure by measuring the size that corresponds to you well. Safety in times of COVID is very important to us. As we already discussed in the section Return policy, it is possible to make returns as long as they have not been have been used, opened or unsealed. In that same section you will find the steps to follow to send the Bikini back together with the legal withdrawal form. Once GoldSeaSwimwear has received the Bikini and verified that it has not been used, opened or unsealed, it will proceed to refund it.
