HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Whatever the reason, we ask you to send us the products together with the completed returns form. If you wish to refund your order, it will be done through the same means used to pay for the initial order.
For health and hygiene reasons, GoldSeaSwimwear will not accept the return of used, opened or unsealed products.
This measure is even more important after the COVID pandemic. Returns of products that have been used, opened or unsealed will not be accepted. The safety of our clients comes first.
Regarding the return of bikini bottoms, exchanges are not allowed, for safety and hygiene reasons. Even if the bikini has its protection sticker, it is not possible to verify that it has not been worn or tried on. It is a measure to safeguard the health of our clients following the line of the health policies of other large Spanish textile companies.
For faster service, items must be returned in their original packaging, as well as, if possible, in the same box in which they were sent. If this is not possible, we would appreciate it if you package the products in the best possible condition, to avoid any problems during the return.
RETURN POLICY
At GoldSeaSwimWear we offer our customers the possibility of returning their orders. The customer may request a refund of the amount of the purchased product.
Conditions for exchanges and returns.
The maximum period for requesting an exchange for another product or right of withdrawal will be 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, GoldSeaSwimWear will not accept returns. For health and hygiene reasons, GoldSeaSwimWear will not accept the return of used, opened or unsealed products. Products that have been hit or damaged, without original packaging/box/case or that are missing any element or accessory will also not be accepted.
In the event of an exchange or return of an order due to the express wish of the customer, if delivery is not made within 15 days of shipment, delivery to the home will not be possible due to the customer's absence or for other reasons beyond GOLDSEASWIMWEAR's control, it will be the client who must assume the direct cost of returning the goods plus the prior shipping cost.
- Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Devolution at the expense of the client by the company of their choice. €4.99
- Canary Islands Correos maritime: 4.99€ initial shipping (return borne by the customer by the company of their choice)
- Europe zones 1 and 2: DHL 19,36€ refund + 19,36€ initial shipping
- Europe zones 3 and 4: 19,36€ refund + 19,36€ initial shipping
- USA and Canada: €22 return + €14.21 initial shipping
- Latin America: €35 return + €17.21 initial shipping (tariff costs borne by the customer)
- Germany Post Office: (return at the customer's expense by the company of your choice)
- France Post Office: (return at the customer's expense by the company of your choice)
- Rest of Europe: (return at the customer's expense by the company of their choice)
If you wish to make an exchange or return a product, please follow these instructions:
1. Contact customer service via email: hello@goldseaswimwear.com
2. Package the product(s) under the same conditions that you received it and send it to the address along with the legal withdrawal document.

3. Once the products are received, the GoldSeaSwimwear staff will review them and if everything is correct, they will be exchanged or returned.
The refund of the amount of the returns will be made through the same channel that the customer selected as a payment method at the time of formalizing their order.
