HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Whatever the reason, we kindly ask you to send us the products together with the completed return form. If you want a refund for your order, it will be done through the same means used for the payment of the initial order.

For hygiene and health reasons, GoldSeaSwimwear will not accept the return of used, opened or unsealed products.

This measure is even more important after the COVID pandemic. The return of products that have been used, opened or unsealed will not be accepted. The safety of our clients comes first.

Regarding the return of bikini bottoms, the change is not allowed, for safety and hygiene reasons. Although the bikini is with its protection sticker, it is not possible to verify that it has not been put on or tested. It is a measure to safeguard the health of our clients, following the line of the health policies of other large Spanish textile companies.  

For faster service, items have to be returned in their original packaging, as well as, if possible, in the same box in which they were sent. If this is not possible, we would appreciate it if you pack the products with the best possible packaging, to avoid any problems during the return.

 

RETURN POLICY

At GoldSeaSwimWear we offer our customers the possibility of returning their orders. The customer may request a refund of the amount of the product purchased.

Conditions for exchanges and returns.

The maximum period for requesting an exchange for another product or right of withdrawal will be 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, GoldSeaSwimWear will not accept returns. For hygiene and health reasons GoldSeaSwimWear will not accept the return of used, opened or unsealed products. Neither will products that have been beaten or damaged, without original packaging / box / case or that present a lack of any element or accessory will be accepted.

In case of exchange or return of an order by express wish of the client, because delivery is not made before 15 days after shipment, delivery at home is not possible due to the absence of the client or for other reasons beyond GOLDSEASWIMWEAR, the customer who must bear the direct cost of the return of the goods plus the previous shipment.

  • Canary Islands Post Office: 4.99€ initial shipping (return at the customer's expense by the company you want)
  • Europe zones 1 and 2: DHL 19,36€ return +  19,36€ initial shipping
  • Europe zones 3 and 4: 19,36€ return + 19,36€ initial shipping
  • USA and Canada: € 22 return + € 14.21 initial shipping
  • Latin America: € 35 return + € 17.21 initial shipping (customs fees charged to the customer)
  • Germany Post Office: (return at the customer's expense by the company you want)
  • France Post: (return at the customer's expense by the company you want)
  • Rest of Europe: (return at the customer's expense by the company you want)

If you want to make an exchange or return of a product, please follow these instructions:

1. Contact customer service by email: hello@goldseaswimwear.com
2. Pack the product / s under the same conditions that you received it and send it to the address together with the legal withdrawal document.
3. Once the products are received, the GoldSeaSwimwear staff will review it and if everything is correct, they will be exchanged or returned.

The refund of the amount of the returns will be made through the same channel that the customer selected as a form of payment at the time of formalizing their order.
