1- Introduction

Through this notice, GOLDSEASTORE SL with NIF/CIF B04997797 (hereinafter “GOLDSEASWIMWEAR”), informs the users of the website “goldseaswimwear.com” that for the provision of certain services through it, personal data is requested.

2- Security and confidentiality

By browsing the website, the data obtained on the website provided through the completion of any form, as well as those derived from the commercial relationship and/or delivery of products, will be incorporated into a file for which GOLDSEA is responsible, having been registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The personal data and payment details requested to place an order are completely secure thanks to an encryption procedure (SSL mode). Payment details are never stored and are transmitted in a completely secure manner to our payment platform PFS Web.
