Whatever the reason, we kindly ask you to send us the products along with the completed return form. If you wish to receive a refund for your order, it will be made through the same method used for the initial payment of the order.
For reasons of hygiene and health, GoldSeaSwimwear will not accept the return of used, opened, or unsealed products.
This measure is even more important after the COVID pandemic. Returns of products that have been used, opened, or unsealed will not be accepted. The safety of our customers comes first.
Regarding the return of bikini bottoms, exchanges are not allowed for safety and hygiene reasons. Even if the bikini has its protective sticker, it is not possible to verify that it has not been worn or tried on. This is a measure to safeguard the health of our customers, following the health policies of other major Spanish textile companies.
To make the service faster, items must be returned in their original packaging, and if possible, in the same box in which they were sent. If this is not possible, we would appreciate it if you pack the products as well as possible to avoid any problems during the return.
At GoldSeaSwimwear, we offer our customers the possibility to return their orders. The customer may request a refund of the purchased product's price.
The maximum period to request an exchange for another product or the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, GoldSeaSwimwear will not accept returns. For reasons of hygiene and health, GoldSeaSwimwear will not accept the return of used, opened, or unsealed products. Products that have been damaged or deteriorated, without original packaging/box/case, or missing any element or accessory will also not be accepted.
In case of exchange or return of an order at the express wish of the customer, due to non-delivery within 15 days after shipment, inability to deliver at the home due to the customer's absence, or other reasons beyond GOLDSEASWIMWEAR's control, the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods plus the initial shipping cost.

2. Pack the product(s) under the same conditions as you received them and send them to the address along with the legal withdrawal document.

3. Once the products are received, GoldSeaSwimwear staff will review them and if everything is in order, the exchange or return will be processed.
The refund of the returned items will be made through the same channel the customer selected as the payment method when placing the order.
